Make your Hotel Reservations by calling the Radisson Hotel Plymouth Harbor's reservation department. Make your reservations Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Tell the Hotel Staff that you are booking with the 551st AEW&C Wing Reunion. The Room Rates are $99.00 a day + Tax. We have reserved 125 rooms for the reunion. Please make your reservations as early as possible and before July 29, 2008. Individual Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or check for the first nights accommodations.

 

Reservations made after July 29, 2008 will be on a space available basis. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Check in at the hotel is 3:00 PM

Attendees must register at the Reunion Registration Desk. Do not confuse this with your Hotel Registration. Upon registration you will be given a reunion packet that will contain everything that you will need such as reunion information, updates, dinner tickets, name tags, etc. (and other things that we don't know about yet)

 

TUESDAY - August 26, 2008 - 2:00 PM - Registration in the Radisson Hotel Lobby. WEDNESDAY-August 27, 2008 -10:00 AM – Memorial Service, Memorial Park, Otis ANG Base, Cape Cod, MA.

THURSDAY-August 28, 2008- 8:30 AM - C-45 Flight, C-45 Hanger, Plymouth Airport. THURSDAY-August 28, 2008 - 6:00 PM to 7:00 Cocktail Hour.

THURSDAY-August 28, 2008- 7:00 PM - Dinner Banquet. Radisson Hotel. FRIDAY-August 29, 2008 - 11:00 AM – Departure.
